Almost Done

I haven't posted in some time now, I've had a frustrating semester and it really kills the blogging buzz... Almost done now, so maybe (no promises) I'll hop on a bit more regularly. In the mean time, here's some cool things I've discovered since my last post.

1. My roommte posted a Blog Reading Leveltest on her blog a while back. My score (left) totally kicks her ass! Unless you're going for some bullshit bell hooks-type "academia should be accessible to the masses" crap (j/k, I like hooks).

2. Free rice! You learn vocab (hard! GRE-like shit), they get advertising money, UN programs get rice! Everybody wins!

3. Google Street View now in the Twin Cities! (very addicting...)

4. They have RateMyProfesor, but we have Rate Your Stdents! A great blog that Google Reader recomended for me (it's quite good!), any academic should appreciate the cathartic nature of its theme ;o)

5. Finally, I recently went to A Klinong Christmas Carol. Fucking awesome. 'Nough said.
